All InX, launched in 03/2024, is a digital asset trading platform with an operating entity registered in the UK. The platform focuses on the management and trading of tokenized Real-World Assets (RWA), including securities, gold, real estate, and intellectual property.

The platform has been registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) in the United States as a Money Services Business (MSB). In addition, All InX has completed security reviews required for listing on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. These steps place regulatory compliance and operational transparency at the foundation of the project.

A key component is the Tokenization Governance Engine (TGE), a framework designed to standardize the conversion of traditional assets into digital tokens and to help ensure that tokenized listings represent verifiable, income-linked holdings rather than purely speculative instruments.

For market participation, All InX works with professional liquidity providers and market makers to help maintain consistent trading depth. Trading data can be accessed via public APIs that disclose real-time order-book depth and trade history, supporting independent verification by institutions and individual users.

All InX maintains operational teams across multiple hubs, including Dubai, New York, London, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, and Ho Chi Minh City, to address cross-border capital-flow requirements. A Crypto Card linked to on-chain assets begins rollout in September 2025 (virtual first, followed by physical and co-branded options), enabling users to convert tokenized holdings for everyday spending in fiat where supported.

From a technical perspective, the All InX Smart Chain is being developed as a high-performance, RWA-oriented public chain that supports standardized asset mapping, programmable governance, and modular functions such as RWA issuance, derivatives trading, and smart asset management.

The long-term objective of All InX is to establish a combined platform for RWA, derivatives, and asset management, providing infrastructure that enables enterprises and institutions to tokenize balance sheets, expand financing channels, and operate across jurisdictions within a transparent and regulated framework.
